Reporting Non-Member Sell-Side GLR Listings

The ability to accurately report a non-member sell-side agent is now enabled; which means agents can now select GLR participants as the Selling Agent in Paragon. In the past, we required non-member selling agents to be reported as "Non-MLS Member". However, we now have the full agent roster of the Great Lakes Repository (including Realcomp) available to accurately close sell-side non-members.

Please be advised that dual-members will appear more than once. In these cases, please consult your Association/Board if you are not sure as to which agent to select.

Please note that the reporting of sell-side non-members will not be identified in the non-member’s MLS until a later date to be determined.
