MiRealSource is very excited to officially announce we started our newest data share with Michigan Regional Information Center (MichRIC) in our home system, Paragon. This new data share brings an additional eight (8) MLSs worth of data to our members, since we already have three of the eleven (3/11) MLSs a part of MichRIC within Paragon from other data sharing agreements.
The MiRealSource & MichRIC data share is a huge win for us & our members, providing real estate data of the entire west side of the state-- now totaling access of 92% listing coverage and exposure to 30,000 of the 32,500 REALTORS® in Michigan.
The seamlessness of the data is evident in Paragon, you can pull this data as a part of any search conducted and also INCLUDES OFFERS OF COOPERATION & COMPENSATION as well as integration with Cloud CMA, ShowingTime, Instanet & Authentisign.
