Tell us about your real estate career (title, office, years, specialties, designations, etc.)
You’ve been nominated for being the glue in your office, who can provide helpful guidance to the agents as well as the one who always has the answer. What is your secret to wearing so many hats and being that go-to person?
I don’t think that I really have a “secret”, but rather an incredible team of admins as well as the entire support staff at Real Living Kee Realty.
What is the one thing you’d like agents to know about being an office administrator?
What piece(s) of technology do you incorporate into your business practices?
My Smart Phone and our G Suite platform with Gmail (Sharing all files & drives). I also love Paragon and all the features available for searching and listing tickets. I also use the assume identity everyday! It is one of my favorites to help gain access to the programs & assist the agents AS the agents without having to re-login.
What is the most rewarding aspect of being an Office Admin in the real estate industry?
It's rewarding to assist agents with their deals to help them succeed, especially the agents new to the business.
What is the most difficult aspect of being Office Admin in the real estate industry?
I'd say the most difficult aspect is being able to assist all the agents on a daily basis as well as completing front desk tasks in a timely fashion.

Tell us more about you? (Interests, passions, hobbies, family, etc.)
I am married with 3 children and 1 grandson. In addition to spending time with my family, I enjoy crafting and walking.
Can you share with us some of your community service involvement, how you became interested, and where or how someone can get more involved?
At Real Living Kee Realty we sponsor Big Family of Michigan. We have a Dueling Piano Event/fundraiser. The fundraiser helps to support young adults (18 year olds) leaving the foster care system, and to help transition them into adulthood. I also support and contribute to various animal rescues. Which personal achievement are you most proud of?
Where is the most interesting place you’ve visited?
The Redwood Forests in California was so amazing. I strongly recommend visiting.
If you could visit anywhere in the world, where would you go?
Too many places to pick just one, but I'd love a safari trip to Africa and of course Australia.
Who or what are you most grateful for?
My family for their support and encouragement.
What is your 2020 resolution?
To be better organized.
